Yang sedang hunting perumahan, waspada

Beberapa minggu sibuk hunting rumah di sekitaran depok bogor. Yang dilihat pokoknya modelnya aja gitu, dan ngga tau klo kadang2 ada ppengembang yang iseng (baca: curang, penipu). Pas lagi baca-baca artikel nemulah salah sat artikel yang menarik yaitu tentang ciri-ciri pengembang nakal. Berikut ini adalah ciri-ciri pengembang nakal.

• Pengembang tidak menyerahkan Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual-Beli (PPJB) setelah Anda menyetor uang tanda jadi (booking fee).
• PPJB tidak dapat dinegosiasikan dan uang tanda jadi tidak dapat dikembalikan.
• Proses pemesanan, pembangunan, dan proses lain tidak berjalan sesuai jadwal yang dijelaskan di awal.
• Pengembang tidak memiliki tim khusus untuk layanan pelanggan yang dapat menjelaskan atau menangani keluhan pelanggan.
• Spesifikasi bangunan tidak sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan di awal.

Ketika Anda sudah telanjur terjebak berurusan dengan pengembang nakal, sulit bagi Anda untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Ketika Anda sudah menyerahkan uang, apalagi cicilan sudah berjalan, pengembang sudah di atas angin. Saat perlu menyampaikan protes, ada baiknya bicara dengan pembeli rumah lain dan mengajak mereka bersama-sama mengajukan keluhan.

Dear Fathia,

To strengthen the basic of English (grammar and enough number of vocabulary), you'd better take the EA class just like now until HI4. You are going to get more and more different kinds of text for listening skill and chances to use your grammar and vocabulary in writing. In CV classes, the topics are more about how to deal with working so the vocabularies are not various. The listening skill only focuses on that. Moreover, you can't

get a guarantee that all students in class want to be active like you in speaking. Some of our CV students are still silent, passive, and don't want to share their ideas either because they are not sure with their English or simply because they don't have any ideas towards the topics being discussed.

I usually teach one CV class in one term, either Monday-Wednesday class or Tuesday-Thursday at 7-9 pm but I don't have any ideas for the next term. I still think that you have to meet other teachers in class so you can get different ways of teaching :)

By the way, I'll know what classes I have to teach in the next term on January 3, 2012. So, it's better for you not to wait for me for the re-registration.

Last Day in this term

Last day in this term...

             Wednesday, December 14,2011 is the last day in this second term in intermediate class. Oral test by speaking in English (reading and making conversation). Actually the situation is as same as the last day in first term, but maybe different in the psychologist  effect. since the first time in second term, the teacher told that this term was more difficult than the first term, so in my mind also had a wrong mindset. 

              I'm not a stupid student but not the clever one. i have more than 4 rivals to get the best student award. After did the test, now I just can pray, ask Allah to give a good point. Moreover getting the best student award which mean the next term i will get a scholarship for one term. 

               Overall i have to say thank you to my beloved teacher ms Lily, she gave me not only academic skill but also shared her attractive life experiences.
